1. About the company

Charme & Sabor is a company specialising in creating and delivering handmade gourmet baskets and boards, operating in São Paulo and the surrounding region. Customer service is provided via WhatsApp (11) 98234-3300 and through the website charmeesabor.com.br.

2. Placing orders

Orders are placed exclusively via WhatsApp. To ensure availability and product quality, we recommend:

• Ordering at least 24 hours in advance;
• Confirming the delivery date, time and address when ordering;
• For urgent orders (same day), subject to availability — confirm directly via WhatsApp.

An order is considered confirmed only after payment and confirmation by Charme & Sabor.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are in Brazilian reais (R$) and may change without notice. The valid price is always the one confirmed when ordering via WhatsApp.

Accepted payment methods:

• Pix — instant payment;
• Credit card — via a secure payment link.

We do not reserve or set aside products without confirmed payment.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available in São Paulo and the surrounding region. The delivery fee is calculated according to the address and given before the order is confirmed.

• We commit to the agreed time, allowing for unforeseen traffic;
• If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, we will contact you on the WhatsApp number provided;
• Collection on site is available at Rua Dias Falcão, 117 — Jardim São João, São Paulo/SP, by prior appointment.

5. Personalisation and message

We offer the option to personalise the message on the card and some items of the order, within the available options. Personalisations must be requested when ordering and are subject to availability.

6. Cancellations and returns

• Cancellation more than 12 hours in advance: full refund;
• Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance: 50% refund of the amount paid, as production has already started;
• Cancellation on the day of delivery: no refund, as the perishable products have already been prepared.

If a product is defective or differs from the order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo of the product received so we can review it and find a solution.

7. Perishable products

Our products are made of perishable, handmade foods. We recommend:

• Keeping them in a cool or refrigerated place as indicated;
• Consuming them preferably on the day of delivery or within 48 hours;
• Checking the ingredients in case of allergies or dietary restrictions — let us know when ordering.

8. Use of the website

The website charmeesabor.com.br is intended solely for information about our products and services. It is forbidden to:

• Reproduce, copy or distribute content from the website without permission;
• Use the website for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others;
• Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with how the website works.

9. Intellectual property

All images, texts, logos and other content on the website are the property of Charme & Sabor or used with due permission. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited and subject to the applicable legal penalties.

10. Limitation of liability

Charme & Sabor is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by external factors (severe weather, road closures, strikes);
• Allergic reactions when not reported in advance in the order;
• Damage caused by improper storage after delivery.

11. Changes to the terms

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law no. 8,078/1990), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law no. 12,965/2014) and the LGPD (Law no. 13,709/2018). The courts of the district of São Paulo/SP are chosen to settle any disputes.
